Following the recent launch of the European Commission's 'Europe 2020' strategy, which outlines poverty reduction targets, the Centre for Parliamentary Studies is pleased to contribute to the 2010 European Year on Poverty with an international capacity building symposium seeking to highlight poverty reduction indicators and raise awareness of anti-poverty measures as a key policy objective in Europe.
